Positive: The location was fantastic for making use of the NEC. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, and gave good information about local transport, restaurants and the area. The clean, spacious room was upstairs, quiet and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, a sink in the room and a couple of chairs. The bed was comfortable (but did creak a little whenever we moved). Parking was available on the drive, but we did use the station car park (when we used the train) to allow the hosts to move their cars in and out, as otherwise we would have blocked them in. Full English breakfast was freshly made, well cooked and tasty. Portion size was very good. Bathroom was clean and spacious, with a lovely powerful shower. Good value for money.
